    TennNS, I don't have a link for anything else. Are you running a 64-bit, or 32-bit pc? I am running 64-bit, but NCLEX 4000 didn't work without the patch.

    I know this thread is old, but I ran into the same issue and I'm sure that someone else will experience the same. I almost gave my CD away. The patch is available online, no need to contact company: ftp://ftp.silverplatter.com/software/nclex/NCLEX-RN4000.exe I installed the patch, then the software (again - for the 100th time) and it finally works. However, the recommendation is to install the software first, then install patch into same folder.
