Congratulations! How exciting to have so much good news! Perhaps you can defer for one semester so that you have a chance to recovery from childbirth and bond with your new little one? That way, you can enjoy your pregnancy and still give attention to your one year old. If you are confident you will get in, nursing school will always be there, but you won't always have this precious time with your babies. Good luck and again, congrats!!!

Good for you! We just had our pre-registration meeting today, and there is so much to do to get ready for August, but I'm really excited! Everyone on staff is great! I hope to see you there in the Spring as well!

I'm sorry. That sucks to be so close and not make it. Don't give up, though. You'll get in eventually. It seems like the crop of applicants gets stronger as the semesters pass by, so perhaps you could take another class to boost your points? Best of luck to you!

I start in August, but preregistration is this Friday. I am beyond thrilled, but incredibly nervous about everything. We've all been working so hard to get in and now the real work begins! Good luck to everyone!

I live in Valencia, which is near Magic Mountain. When I talked with them on the phone, they asked me which site I wanted to do my clinicals at because I live closer to Olive View, which is in Sylmar. I think if they did not specify in your letter, it is safe to assume that your lecture/theory classes and clinical classes will be at the Los Angeles location. I'm sure you will find everything out on Friday.

I just got my acceptance letter today (Saturday June 11th), however I found out I was accepted on Monday, over the phone. Have you heard anything yet?

Debbie, do you know if we have to wear the uniform to both lecture and clinical or just clinical? My clinicals are at Olive View, by the way. Did your letter specify where you are doing your clinicals?
