  1. Hello All, I'm wondering if anyone out there can provide some advice regarding the Regis accelerated program versus the CU accelerated program? I was accepted to both and am trying to decide on which one to do. I know that Regis is shorter (12 months) compared to CU's (17 months). I have two kiddos (ages 2 and 4) and am leaning towards the CU program as I think it might be a little more doable; but, I'm curious if anyone has any strong feelings on this topic. Any advice is welcomed. Thanks so much!
  2. mrmandrap-- Denver is a truly wonderful place to live. I moved here in 1999 for undergrad and fell in love with it. The weather is almost perfect all year and the scenery is beautiful. I did hear from CU today--I was accepted into the accelerated program!! I'm so very excited. Now, I have to decide between CU and Regis (both accelerated programs). Does anyone have any strong preference or words of advice between the two programs? Thanks!
  3. @ mrmandap. Congratulations on getting accepted. That's terrific news. I am still anxiously awaiting for my notification. You are absolutely correct about the application process with the traditional vs the accelerated-it was just one drop down menu that incorporated both. I definitely thought that was odd too. At the info session I went to I'm pretty sure she said there were only 15-20 spots for the accelerated so I have no idea how they pick. Are you considering any other programs? I'm currently signed up for the accelerated program at Regis which starts jan 2011 and lasts 12 months. I'm excited for it but would like to hear from cu too. Again, congrats to you!
  4. Hi All--I'm also on pins and needles waiting to hear back from CU. I did call last week and spoke with Connie Washington, one of the Admission Specialist. She informed that letters would go out by 9/30. If I hear anything (or receive my letter), I'll be sure to post.
