  3. Looks like those stating they have a position working from home are not willing to share the company name. What's up with that?
  4. Correction they were a Magnet hospital but lost it. Perhaps for the reasons touched on in this thread. So many good nurses got a a great start at NH or CF and moved on to be appreciated elsewhere. One of the worst issues was changing their staffing productivity index to exclude the acuity of patients. In addition, all salaried (and there are too many) RN's are exempt from no only the productivity numbers, but also from being sent home for low census. Thus the worker bees are having to use PTO going home for low census while the pencil pushers get to use PTO for vacation. Bad organization, too top heavy, not enough nurses at the bedside to deliver quality care, too many chiefs & not enough indians.
