  1. Ok that's what I'm going to do. Thankyou Silverdragon for your answers! :)
  2. Hi Silverdragon thank you for replying! Yes I am working as a nurse now. I thought the NCLEX exam result doesn't expire? Can I like freeze my NCLEX exam result so I wont have to retake it?
  3. Can somebody please answer me? :nailbiting:What do I have to do in order for me not to retake my NCLEX exam? I called again to IDFPR and they said the same thing, that I might have to re-take the exam again if my license is on inactive for more than 5 years:cry:
  4. Hello everyone! I passed my US licensure exam last August 2012, I am still here in the Philippines and will not be able to renew my license next year because they require SSN upon renewal. I think I will not be in the US in 5years time due to retgrogression. I am concerned because the lady from IDFPR told me that if I am not physically practicing my nurse license in the US for more than 5 years,, I have to re-take my licensure exam even if I am an active nurse in the Philippines. :nailbiting:Can somebody please clarify this to me? What do I have to do in order for me not to retake my NCLEX exam?

What do I have to do in order for me not to retake my NCLEX exam? Thank you!

  7. Hi! Thank you for your reply.. I tried contacting them many times but I cant get into their line.. I did already have a license number online.. I don't have an SS number does IL require a SS number before they issue a license card to me?
  8. Hi there! I live at the Philippines, took my license exam last August, received a letter 2 weeks after from CTS regarding the final result and the $50 check, I did sent the check the next day, my name and license number showed up in the website 2 weeks after sending the check. It has been there for 3 months but until now I still haven't got any license card or paper from IDFPR.. I tried calling their hotline tons of times but they always say that they are experiencing high volume of calls. Are there anyone here from the Philippines or any country that has the same case like mine, waiting for the license to come for almost 3 months now? Can somebody help me or enlighten me with my case now? :) Thank you
  9. Hi! It's been 3+ weeks since i sent my application to CTS and I still have no status update whenever I chek it on the site. My CES Report was there since December. My fingerprint card receipt was already sent there also. So I tried calling the number that was written on the application form for the Examination assistance to ask for my status. The voice message that was left by the person in charge for Registered Nurse loc. 112 said that applicants must pay $91 to CTS and $200 to Pearsonvue in order to have ATT. I already sent a $91 bankdraft to the CTS. Will I pay the Pearsonvue now even though there is still no update regarding my status? I am worried that they do not update my status online because I haven't paid the Pearsonvue. Thank you!

  11. I also encountered that problem while I was filling up my application form. But while I was reading reminders regarding application for Illinois I read that aside from passing a written application I also had to register online so I did. I registered online, filled up the same things in the written application form and there in the part VII, you'll click option for school, I choose "All Philippines School" then they gave the 12-entry Test Code as well as a a 4-entry Test Center Code. and then after finishing the form, they sent me an email with a confirmation code and a link where I can download my application form that I have filled up. I printed it and it will be the one that I will pass as my written application. Hope this helps. :)
  12. Hi! I have follow up questions regarding my application to CTS. Do the CTS and IDENTIX accepts bank drafts from the Philippines? If yes to whom am I going to address the Bank drafts? Do I have to pay the $200 for the NCSBN EXAMINATION and $91 for the CTS EXAMINATION upon passing the application or only the $91? Is the NCSBN EXAMINATION same as the pearsonvue? Thank you! :)
  13. Thanks Silverdragon! Do I still need to pass ED NUR to the BON of Illinois?
  14. Does anybody here were able to took the Licensure exam in Illinois without the TOEFL?
