  1. Hey Fellow Nursing Students. I just wanted to know if anyone is applying for the Fall Admission into St Paul School of Nursing or in the process of taking the HESI exam. Look forward to hearing from you guys.
  2. Just study the 4 parts your advisor told you. When I took it, it was only math, grammar, vocabulary, english. It was fairly simple. Don't stress any other chapter.
  3. I think is really challenging to get into the nursing program. But then again all Nursing school are hard to get into. Well, when I applied to SPSN I had a GPA of 2.7. So to answer your question I think is very possible to get into the nursing school, and if you have an associate degree they might transfer some credits which would work for your benefit. :) Hope this answered your questions. GOOD LUCK
  4. Good luck hope everything works well for you :)
  5. yeah u need a composite score of 75 or higher on the grammar and vocab by itself (like an average) and the math by itself needs to be 75 or higher. Good Luck
  6. If I remember right You have to pass the math section w/ a score of 75 or higher and on the grammar/vocab you need a combine score of 75 or higher. :)
  7. For the day program I believe is 9-3 pm. I got accepted into the day program for the spring. I am so happy. Congratulations on ur acceptance. :)
  8. well financial aid all depends on ur income tax returns as well as tap. upon finding out what you get on that then you know how much u have to take out in loans. for loans i believe is 5500 and if ur parents are applying for loans that would be another 4000. if they dont get approved for the loan b/c of credit then they will give u an additional 4000 in total you will have 9500 for student loan. i hope this helps. :)
  9. Well in my opinion I thought the entrance exam was real easy. All I did was study the review book. I made sure I went over the basics and memorized all the charts in the math sections. The entrance exam was basically basic: Grammar/English/Mathematics and Medical Terminology.
  10. Hey, Congratulations. Well I am doing morning classes. Yes I put in the deposit and did the background check. I have to do the Drug exam now and register to take the BLS class. I am so excited. :) I can't wait for classes to begin.
  11. Classes are starting January. The only thing we have to do is go and take the BLS course and everyone that got accepted is having orientation where they talk to us about the school/classes/requierement stuff like that.
  12. Yup. You are right. We have to do what we have to do. I can't wait for orientation, I was told it's going to be in December. :)
  13. Really? Why would A&P be at nite? If we are day classes?
  14. Did you pick Day or evening classes?
  15. You dont have to prep up. Basically you are in a class for a couple of hours and they teach you CPR. At the end they give you an exam and you get certified. Everything on friday went well. They just had me talk to Financial Aid and then they had me sign an enrollment agreement. They also asked me if i wanted day or evening classes. Did you get anything from the school yet? How is everything going for you?
