Hi Cobee I'm interested in applying to Coalinga State Hospital and was hoping you might clarify some things for me. So from what I read, i have to apply for examination first and then I can apply for a job. Is the examination an actual test or is it an oral interview? Also how long did it take from when you sent your application for examination until they scheduled your exam? Thanks for any info you can provide and good luck with your own hiring.

kristi you can select not applicable for the chest xray. just click "attach record" and not applicable should be the last option.

"If you are currently licensed as a CNA, HHA, LVN or PT and are now entering the ADN Program: • If you have current professional liability coverage, you should contact your insurance company and let them know you are now a RN Student. You will need to upload a copy of your current professional liability policy at CertifiedBackground.com • If you have current professional liability coverage through NSO, contact them at 1-800-247-1500 to let them know you are a now a RN Student. They will endorse your policy to reflect this change. • If you do not currently have professional liability insurance AND are currently licensed as a CNA, HHA, LVN or PT and are purchasing coverage through NSO, you will need to contact NSO at their toll-free number for the appropriate application. Carefully read the information on each application to be sure that you have selected the correct insurance. I'm kind of unsure about the immunization form. So if I have a copy of my immunizations from when i was a child can i just bring that to my new doctor and he will sign off on the form.

Alykat- For the course description make sure that the page says the college name and catalog year somewhere on it, if it doesn't then they said you have to attach a copy of the catalog cover.

Is everyone going to hand deliver their paperwork or mail it. I'm feeling paranoid and don't want to mail it but i live far away.

I just got my email to submit documentation, it says final ranking emails will go out december 3rd.
