Hey, I don't know if you have had any luck in finding sick care. Hopefully you've already found a great on-call sitter. If not, I have been looking into childcare/sick care too. I came across a site called sittercity.com that seems pretty good. It costs about $60 for a six month membership. Then you can view contact info, background (some have background checks which is great!) You can view sitters/nannies without paying (just can't see the contact info.) I'm probably going to join next week and see how it works out.

I would look into long term care facilities as well maybe? With the current job market I would apply in whatever capacity you are qualified (whether it is in food service, etc.) at local hospitals and long term care. It might be a good way to get your foot in the door. Good luck!

Boy--> RN2b, hi there! I was wondering which program you chose and how you are feeling about the program? I'm hoping to have to make the same choice for the Spring (fingers crossed).
