I was looking for a job on hospital career sites because I'm starting nursing school this month, and I thought it would be a good idea to get my foot in the door by working in a hospital so that after I graduate, I can have a better chance of getting a job. I applied for a patient safety attendant/sitter and the job required that I be a high graduate and have 1-2 years of experience. In the application, there was a question that asked how many years of experience I had in that field, and one of the choices was 0-1 years since I had no experience, I chose that answer. I got a call for an interview next week but the job is only for 1-2 days a week. Since the job requirement stated I needed 1-2 years of experience, will this be a big factor when I go in for the interview??
