  1. How Many Residents Do You Care For On Your Unit?

    72 residents in the whole building. I work nights and am the only nurse working the whole building. I have 3-4 CNA's. Talk about pressure!

    I just graduated June from Rock Valley College of nursing's LPN program in Rockford, IL. I worked as a CNA at a nursing home prior to getting accepted into the nursing program. This helped me to secure a nursing job. Now I will start working 3rd shift as a nurse and I couldn't be happier. It is very difficult to find a nursing job these days, so I am blessed to even have a job available for me! :)
