  1. Why does pleural effusion cause dry cough?
  2. Why does Albuterol work better in relieving bronchitis and emphysema than asthma? ? Thanks.
  3. Thank you for all your responses :redpinkhe Lysol spray is a good idea. In fact, I had a bottle of alcohol spray (91% ) in my trunk before, but my dad said it's very dangerous in a hot day so I took it out.
  4. I took care of a lot of contact precaution Pts. I always wipe my shoes before I leave, but I have seen many others just walk out of the room without doing that. So...my shoes get dirty again in the hallway! I just wonder if you bring a pair of extra shoes in your trunk so that you won't carry those germs into your car?
  5. :) Hello, My school has already signed us up for Kaplan (surely the fee is added to our tuition), and I have the Saunder's review book. Today, the teacher said that ATI is very good and suggested us to do that. My budget is pretty tight right now, and it seems to me that ATI is quite costly. Do I really need that? Thank you.
  6. Hello, Recently I found that the Nclex review book (Saunder's) gives me a better picture of what I am learning in the class. Since the school charges $12 - 19 for each lecture note (which has only 200 - 250 pages! Very expensive in my opinion , plus we also have to buy clinical notes too), so I wonder if I can just use the Nclex review book rather than buying those lecture notes? :) Thank you.
