  1. Well in the hospital setting nurses with a BSN can become a manager if they wanted after a few years of staff nursing. I really dont see a difference because we all take the same exam. I mean why dont we just be a BSN after the nclex. I know folks from a BSN program that didn't even pass their exam yet. My school passing rates are better than most 4 year colleges. I chose the ADN route so that i could make money and then go back if I choose to.
  2. I know a few tricks if ur still looking. Think acute vs chronic, Time now vs time later, If they are getting treatment or not. A pt can appear to be ur priority but if they are already getting tx then look for th next acute pt who needs ur time now. Let me know if u need more help I was happy to see these questions cause i learned thru kaplan how to answer them..
  3. Yeah i toke the exam sunday and found out i passed with 75 question. I studied every night and carried my ipod touch which had a nclex book down loaded into it. Many of the questions were just like what i studied jus worded diff. I had 12 alter format, tons or priority and delegation. no peds and 2 psy questions. I TOKE KAPLAN too.:yeah:I'm so happy ts over.
  4. Yeah just remeber ABC's, assessment before intervention. When ur looking at priority questions look for the most acute patient. Tx-vs- no tx, chronic vs acute, do they need ur time now or can they wait. Good luck and take ur time!:redpinkhe
