  1. I guess that's not many cases like yours in the U.S. embassy here, so the progress is much more slower. I'm in the stage of packet 3 application. If nothing we can do to facilitate the procedure, I think you just grap this waiting period to be relaxed and finally you will get your visa. And Chinese government doesn't have any restriction on it. It's all up to U.S embassy to controll the progress. wish you the best
  2. Hi, I'm a China-educated nurse with a RN license US. I have already started my process of the application of PR in US. But due to new change of the immigration rule of US.The whole process will be delayed another 3 years. This really makes me sick. And make me change my mind , thinking about immigrate to AU. I have never been to AU before, only have one year living experience in US. I haven't any idea about nurse work in AU. Can anyone here give me some input on it? How about the pay of RN in AU compared with the living expense? Is it affordable for a house there? How to initiate the imigration process? with a angency ? a hospital? Or get the license in AU first? I have no clues about it? My expence with immigration to US is like that : find a hospital to sponsor my Green Card application. What does the thing like in AU. I met several friends from AU while living in US. They are pretty nice and friendly. I can't feel any racism when I live in California, US. How about your people feel when a non- White face working with you? Which state is the best state for me to start with. Should I take IELTS exam? I only took TOEFL before. My life here is not bad, with families and friends here. I 'm seeking immigration mostly because I want a better education system for my kid. I want him to be more international with broden horizon. I'm 36 years old . How about to start nurse career at this age in AU? I will be greatly appreciative if you can give me some sugestion.
  3. Dear Suzanne: I really appreciate your quick response. I have got RN license in CA, But I'm now outside USA, in the process of I-140 petition right now.In order to get the visa screen, I need to get the license validation from the california nursing board ? How much should pay for that? You are so informative and helpful. Thanks , Kathy
  4. Is the application fee for visa Screen is only $325? I see there is other Fees as Returen Check Fee $35, and Forward Transcript information $30. Should those be paid together? I need to get license validation from California nursing board, How much should I pay for that? Any reponse from you will be greatly appreciated. Kathy
