  3. You can round in hosp if you work with a particular dr to see their pts, very few hosp use them on the units. It is very political and if you can get a dr to let you do rounds it is very difficult to get priv. At the hospitals and then very hard to keep them with the OB committe.You can do c/a as an RNFA, and again very political and it is difficult to get paid for that skill, either the dra want to bill for you and they make the profit from your service they never want to pay you what you get paid from the insurance that is if you can even get paid from the insurances. They make every excuse not to pay you. As far as I am concerned it was worthless training for me
  4. Can anyone answer this - I am a women's health nurse practitioner and a first assist in calif. Can I bill medi-cal for the first assisting I do as a WHNP or do I have to be a diffierent type of NP. I also have my CNOR.
