    I would be grateful if you could help me answering my question. I am a nurse in Ukraine. In January 2010 I successfully passed the NCLEX-RN exam. Then I have got a letter from the California Board of Registered Nursing with notification that I have met all licensing requirements except for a valid U.S. Social Security Number (SSN) which I needed in order to get a permanent RN license. Can I get SSN being present in Ukraine? Or can I get a permanent license (not having SSN) with a help of SSN waiver? Thanks a lot for your help.
