  1. I would say best word of advice is to cover them for your interviews, so you look as polished and professional as you can. Once you are hired they can't legally fire you for having tattoos. It is now considered to be part of a culture and to fire you for such could be brought up as discrimination. Just dress professionally and if you are that worried about it you can modify your scrubs. I have a half sleeve to my elbow and during my degree had scrubs with extended sleeves. The school was across the board against visible tattoos but the hospital infection control made issue of wearing long sleeves.
