  1. hi! i would love more information if you wouldn't mind! :) i'm not sure how to send private messages on here, i looked but didn't see anything!
  2. ..... and if so, what area's hospitals? I'm in Cincinnati, Ohio and graduated in April, passed my boards in Sept. and have had NO luck finding a job here. Everyone wants experience, and we have so many nursing schools in the area that it's near impossible to find a job as a new grad. I've been told to check the FL market out. I'm willing to relocate and I've been trying to do some research. Any advice is helpful. Thanks :)
  3. the pearson vue trick is giving me the good pop-up as well!!! YEAYYYY!!!
  4. i thought of you today! haha, sounds weird, but it was almost a comfort to know that someone was going through the EXACT same thing that i was today!! i hope your test went great! i got all 265 questions...walked out crying... according to the PVT though i am getting the "good" pop up. my fingers are crossed.
  5. thanks!! i keep redoing it too..... i wanna run around and tell everyone but im waiting for my offical results for that.
  6. ok, i just posted thinking i failed. according to the PVT...i PASSED i waited until it said it was delivered sucssful...and then tried to reregister... and it stated i recently schedualed the exam... please contact the board. is it true?. did i pass?? even with the 265 the trick works, right?? i've only been outta the test and hour. i don't wanna get my hopes up
  7. just got home from my SECOND attempt on the nclex. i had the entire 265. ugh. i felt great going in thinking i would be walking out an RN, leaving i was in tears. during my kaplen course (took after my first failed attemped with 256q's) i was told that if you get to the 265 point it is based on your last question. if you are above the "line" you pass, and below you fail. i don't feel my last question would be annalysis. it was about the charge nurse educationg the staff. i'm waiting for pearsonvue to say status delieved. right now it's just ready to be delieved. i guess all i can do is cross my fingers.
  8. i also retes on that day! best of luck to you. i hope you do great!
  9. I took the Nclex in june, and I did not pass. I had 256 questions, and when I got back my offical results I was not "below" any of the standards, just near or at. I took a kaplen review course and some days I feel ready to test again and others I don't. I have been using the qbank daily and doing tests that are 50 questions long. ( i do 1-3 tests a day). I get anywhere from in the 50's to the high 60's. I think a 68 is the highest. On the tests I have gotten: test 1- 60 test 2- 57 test 3- 58 test 4- 64 test 5- 62 i have not taken test 6 or 7 yet. I am trying to do more qbank before I take them because they said they are most similar to the nclex. I am schedualed to test again on september 1st. I just want to make sure I am ready. I feel as if I am all over the place. does anyone of any suggestions/advice?! thanks so much.
  10. I took my Nclex yesterday, and had around 254 questions. According to the PV trick, I failed I'm going to rescheduale as soon as I can, but I am looking into the kaplen review course. It's pretty costly, so I was curious if anyone has taken it, and if so do you reccomend it??
