It took me three times to finally pass. I did so after I got the Kaplan study plan/ flash cards. I t was easy to understand and explained the concepts the NCLEX is looking for in the test structure and answers.

My God! You are living my life! My heart bleeds for you. I know EXACTLY what you are going through. I would love to pay for your NCLEX and provide you with the set of KAPLAN books/flashcards that got me through it. You deserve a good life. I know the uphill struggle it takes to maintain some semblence of sanity while dealing with a disfunctional, abusive, insecure male, that does everything in his power to degrade and humiliate, and stripe you of your identity. Meds, eye drops, diabetic meds, etc,etc,. I found the LTC facility I worked herded them all like sheep. They didn't care a whit about them as people. There are just too many patients to one nurse, to do things effectively and with any humaneness. It broke my heart to work there.

I HEAR YOU! I was in the EXACT same predicament! So many violations, so much chaos, verbal abuse, uncaring, bitchiness, and the DON was part of the problem! I was told to "deal with it, or leave." WHERE can I receive dialysis training in Ohio as a new RN. Davita advertises exrensively in their online ads that they have a new grad training program, but I have yet to find a facility that offers it!!
