now what is my application status
Help me please:crying2: I am the overseas applicant, i have submitted all of my documents to NBV back then. Now that today is 1st July, what will happen to my application process? will it be transferred to AHPRA? or will it transferred to Tasmania Board? or what.... I tried to contact NBV but couldnt make it now, and i tried to contact AHPRA but can't make a call, i dont know why.. So, i sent AHPRA inquiry email to ask about my application status. My questions are: 1. what will happen to the incomplete overseas application form? will it be transferred and handled by AHPRA? or Tasmania Board? 2. Should i reapply to AHPRA? Help me please.... Thank's in advance:redbeathe

Clinical experience for applying NMBWA
Please help me guys.... Does anyone have any idea whether NMBWA would process an application from an overseas-educated nurse with no clinical experience as registered nurse??!...... I am a nurse from Indonesia, currently are applying for NBV and still haven't received my eligibility letter yet for almost 6 months. It has been a stressful time for me and I am planning to apply for NMBWA before July. Unfortunately, I have no clinical experience as registered nurse before, I am afraid that this condition may delay my application process in NMBWA... Also i heard that the only education facility offering a 3-month bridging course under NMBWA's list is Victorian College of Health & Nursing (VCHN). Does anyone have any idea related to the cost of VCHN as i heard that VCHN is known for the high fees.... Thank's a bunch for your reply guys.... I would appreciate any minute news related to this situation.. God bless you all

A really bad day in the ER for a new nurse resident
You did a great job anyway for a new grad, really i think that your preceptor actually did give u a compliment (when your supervisor tells him that you are a new grad, his response is then clearly told us so). Anyway, i think his negligence on those three aspects is what i can't tolerate... too bad, but the good news is "you made it" Sympathy and the sense of togetherness are what we (most nurses) lack of, and thank's for sharing your stories... remember we were once students and just exactly the same with other new grads, treat them like what we once hoped we were treated like...... Go nurses, Go new grads

New grad Filipino nurse wanting to work in Australia/New Zealand
As far as i know, working statement is a case to case issue, i mean as long as you can support with working statement and that letter should include all these details: - Be dated; - Be on company letterhead; - Confirm the registration category in which you were employed - Confirm the dates of last employment - Be signed by a Nurse Manager, Human Resource Manager or a more senior Hope it can help

i need some advice!
You can do all as long as ur true calling is in that field... i mean, math and science wouldn't be a big deal for u, as long as u have a calling to devote ur time to nursing. Working as a nurse isnt an easy profession i must say, it's quite demanding though, thats why u need to have a calling...... Go get ur dream, dont let anything slow u down or hold u down xoxo
- Hang in there new Grads and New Nurses it does get better..I PROMISE
