  1. Hi I am a current Bradley student finishing in August. I was torn as well but I can truly say I’m glad I chose Bradley. I am completing the post masters FNP so I can’t speak for the process of ADN-FNP but I only had trouble with one professor in the biology department. The nursing staff rocked. Now you do have to find your own clinicals. Another point in my book is that during this COVID-19. Many of us lost clinical sites. What I didn’t realize is that Bradley had prepared me by requesting more than the minimum clinical hours. So as I go onto my last semester because I have more clinical hours that is required to sit for the boards, they have developed a personalized plan of alternative assignments so I can graduate on time.
  2. Hi All, I start Bradley in the fall. Any updates from those who have or currently attend. Also, for the FNP post masters, any recommendations on review books. thanks
  3. thanks everyone this was so helpful, i made up my mind to get a couple of years experience in hte hopsital before thinking about going a different route, i want to be marketable!
  4. Hi All, Hi all, just wondering if there are any Department of Corrections (DOC) nurses out there and how do you like it and have you worked somewhere else before and how does it compare to the DOC. I'm interested in it, but at the same time a little bit nervous , and as a new graduate would you recommend working there first or get more experience? All are welcome.. Thanks
  5. were you single when you did this or did you have a family? how did it effect them if you did have a famiyl
  6. Thank you all for the post. I really am thinking about this, its sounds like a good opportunity also a lot of students that graduated this year are having trouble finding jobs so this way i will have a job as well.
  7. I am a Sr. Nursing student (BSN) and I was talking with someone about the US Public Health Commissioned Corps, It sounds like a excellent opportunity :yeah:But I know that everything that glitters isn't gold. If anyone has been through this program or has investigated this please let me know, what you think. I would like honesty, good and bad please keep it real with me, im all ears.
