You should have posted this comment in another thread. I specifically asked was occ a good school to attend? If you wanted to chit chat about how nervous you are about what the cutoff would be then you should post your comment in another section and talk with other people who are in the same situation as you are.

Is Hazy institute a good school to attend for CNA/Patient Care Tech training. This is a school that I have been contemplating on going to this fall, but I have not heard much about this school before and do not know if it's a good school or not. Also did the school help you all find jobs after you completed the program?

I am thinking about attending Oakland Community College's LPN program. Can someone here please tell me whether this is a good program to attend or not and does the school help you to find employment after you have completed the program? I'm new to this site and am not on here every single day so I don't know what questions people are asking. I did not know that other people asked this question numerous of times before. Like I said, I am new here and just trying to find out is this field still in demand before I waste my time and money investing into this field.

I have had other people tell me that going to school to become an lpn would be a waste of time because they are being phased out by CNAs. Is this true?

Can LPN's also become dialysis nurses? If so, do they need to go back to school to get any additional training? I am interested in doing this type of work. Can someone please tell me how would I go about becoming a dialysis lpn? What are the things I need to do? If it helps, I live in Michigan.

I have been contemplating on taking CNA at the American Red Cross this summer. Can I ask which Red Cross in Detroit did you attend? I would really appreciate it alot. And did you have a difficult time with finding employment after you completed the program?
