Wow, I completly agree with you. I have said this before, when you have intercourse you might as well at that point be thinking, "Are we ready for a child?" If your answer is no, why take that chance. Birth control does not always work. In fact, my sister got pregant with both of her children while on bc. Anyways, I still stick with my opinion that aborions are irresponsibe.

I completly agree with Laura and jantze. The definition of murder is killing a life or ending a life. What is abortion? Aborting a baby. Aborting means ending, killing. If the baby is a "product" of rape I believe you still do not have the right to kill that child. Whether you are 10 or 30 it is still your child and it is still ending that life. You cannot fight the issue of abortion by saying that the baby inside of the woman is not really a baby. You may say that and say that you can but I am sorry, that BABY inside of you was made from either your unfortunate circomstances or your willingness to have intercourse. Once again may I say it is irresponsible to kill your baby.

So are you saying a fertilized egg is just a fertilized egg? So when someone says they are pregnant they are not really saying that they have a baby inside them but that there is a fertlized egg or fetus inside of them? I am sorry but that is incorrect. The child inside the woman who is going in for an abortion has done nothing wrong and it is that womans job to take responsibility for her actions and i am sorry killing her baby is not very responsible.

It is not that I feel like abortion is murder, its the fact that it IS murder and that murder is a crime and people who commit it should and will in the end pay the price. About saving someone's life, I will be honest enough to say I am not sure what my stance on that is. I fully believe abortion is completley and totaly wrong, yet I would want to save the mother's life as well. And it would be the mothers choice whether or not to have the precedure......the question was "would you assist in an abortion" and my answer is a firm no.

I would not judge any patient. I would treat an drug user who OD or an AIDS reciepient but I would never assist in murder.

Just another thing... My cousin was pg a few years back and did not want her child. She was 18, and already had one. She wanted an abortion. Her doctor told her that the "thing" (as he called it) was not really alive and that it was okay to kill "it". I am here to tell you that when the sperm and egg make that connection, I do not care how small it may be, that is a child. And I am here to say that that child has a right to live. You may think otherwise and that the mother should be able to choose but if they choose abortion, they are choosing murder and cruel and unusual punishment to their baby who did nothing wrong. It is not your child's fault, so why kill them? I have the upmost respect for people who give their children up for adoption. It shows maturity AND responsibility for their actions. If you choose to have intercourse, then you might as well at that time choose to have a baby (understand that I am not saying everytime u have sex you will get pg lol!!). People who murder innocent children disgust me. It may sound harsh, but cmon people do not murder your kids!

If there is a child who is unable to carry a baby, then the baby would die naturally on it's own. It is completly against my morals to kill a child no matter the circumstances!

I would never work in an abortion clinic or assist in an abortion. I think it is awful that women want to kill their babies when there are thousands of people out in the world who cannot have children of their own and who would love to raise them. Once the sperm fertilizes the egg you have a baby, so I would never want to kill one. I consider it murder and it breaks my heart that those babies will never have a chance to live because of their selfish mothers who can only think of themselves. Yes, people should be their to councle them if they do chioce to kill their child but i also believe people should be there to tell them that there are women who want their baby and that they are killing their child!!! I consider it so harsh that I would call it murder. It breaks my heart..

Hi! Since obviously most of you in the area are school nurses I have a question. I am in High School and I have blackheads all over my nose and cheeks. My Dr. prescribed erythromyrocin (not sure on spelling). Will it work? If not how can I remove them? Help please!!!! Thanks!
