  12. Hi Everyone I recently passed my entrance test at the Center for allied health, NJ. I am a Newyorker and I will be moving to NJ just for that school. I will make sure I get my license by next year and start working as an LPN and then apply for a RN school. I want someone to guide me through this hard path. Someone who is a current student in this school or has been a student there- leave any opinion, suggestion, view.. that you think could make it easier for me. I really appreiciate any feedbacks. The school starts in July,5th 2011 :) thanks in advance.
  13. Howz the schedule like in Eastwick- like what time the class usually starts and ends for LPN students. And can you apply in their RN program rt after u graduate frm LPN or not? thanks.
  14. Can anyone tell me how the schedules are like.. what time the class normally starts and ends for LPN student. Thanks
  15. Thanks! I might need to buy a car as well now Grr.. lotsa expense. Anyway- I couldnt decide between Eastwick, Hackensack or The Center for Allied Health. Do u hv any frds who attended Eastwick? or Heard about it? Plz help me out to mk a rt decision. i personally like Eastwick Campus better, but what more important it what's inside of the school- how the teachers are and all.. Any advice?
  16. Thanks so much!! I have my Teas test this week. Im really nervous. I live in Ny and I would prob. move to NJ coz I just dont think traveling 2 hrs back n forth every day isn't my thing. Are most of the clinical site are in Hackensack itself? Coz I dont drive Btw do u need to work for 1 yr in order for them to accept u as a RN student or you could just apply ones you pass ur license test? Eastwick also accepts my A&P class I took few yrs back so it would be cheaper :)
  17. Wow- congrats on finishing ur lpn. Please help me mk a decision between Eastwick Hackensack and The center for allied health. Both schools are in hackensack. Center for allied has an exist exam inorder to graduate from their program, does eastwick has it too or not? And any tips to get good grades at eastwick as an lpn would be greatly aprreciated :) thanks p.s do most of the ppl frm Eastwick pass their lpn in that 1 yr time?
  18. Hi LV08- I have my entrance date set for the TEAS test. Please gv me any suggestion as what to study and how the test is. And also, how do u like the school. I hvnt decided yet between Eastwick or Center for Allied health. Any suggestion would be gladly appreciated. Thanks
  19. PPlease help me decide whether to go to CANN or Eastwick for my LPN program. I have interview set this for CANN and im so confuse whether to attend CANN or eastwick. Esp I took a&p classes already and CANN would accept the transfer credits, whereas Eastwick would. I also heard about how hard the exist exam at CANN- so I really need help regarding my right decision. Thanks.
  20. I recently passed my entrance exam in the center for allied health school and also the practice test in Eastwick. I personally liked Eastwick campus much better since the center for allied campus is in the basement. But whats more important is how the school is ones you are in the program. I live in NY and I'm willing to move to NJ for one year to complete my LPN program. Both schools are located in somewhat same neighborhood. Can anyone please help me make a smart choose between these two schools. I have an interview coming up soon and I just want to make a decision ASAP. Eastwick starts in Aug. and Allied health school starts in July first week. And also is exit exam at The center for allied school that hard? A lady I spoke with said everyone pass in their 2nd or 3rd try. I want to know the fact. Please feel free to jot down anything about these schools Thanks in advance.
  21. 73% i really hope they also look for the gpa. Since I took all the pre-nursing classes, I just want to waste my time waiting anymore. i did good in some sections hitting in 80%, but some in 60% but I guess they want all sections to be 70% and above. DId you get all the sections above 70??
  22. Im not getting in I just found out my score and I have only 66.8 Individual score I don't think they wont even consider me in their LPN program since i got lower than 65 in my science section.
  23. wow... I guess they dont have any evening classes like some other private nursing school does.
  24. There were almost 43 students. Do you know how many student they accept each year?? I am sure there were 200
  25. I took it last week. I had a hard time with science part. So they called u for an interview?? it's a good sign :) Do you mind if I ask you about ur average score for the TEAS test? M literally thinking about it whole day/night. Good luck.
