We usually sit and discuss their symptoms and medication side effects etc. Well, the nurse sat on a chair that had a chair tack sticking out of it and punctured her buttock. When she jumped up he commented that he had sat on that same chair earlier and bled. It isn't just needles. Be careful of where you sit!

I checked our job descriptions. RN Case Managers Qualifications are: RN licensure, one year experience in acute care setting or equivalent experience. I took a look at the state rules and don't see any specific requirements. Greeting from Rochester. I have not seen a BSN qualification for home health nurses at agencies in this area. I have seen the requirement for public health nurses. Where I work both BSN and ADNs are Case Managers and do nursing visits.
