"Your Best Grade" for Hesi exit exam
I have been doing research on what sources to use to best prepare for the Exit Hesi exam. This test is a beast. only like 1 or 2 people pass it on the first try. I am more worried about this exam than the NCLEX. I am hearing that "your best grade now" is good to use and is most like hesi questioning. Please help. Any suggestions are welcomed.

CNA question?
One of my teachers said during Fundamentals class that passing the class means your are trained to be a Patient Care Tech. It seems like PCT and CNA are interchangeable to some people. I have passed Fundamentals of Nursing and live in Alabama. I'm trying to get a job as a PCT or CNA while in nursing school but I don't know if I should apply for CNA positions that require you to be "certified". Is there any way I can become a "certified" nursing assistant without having to take a CNA course? Is there a national or state test I can take?

Virginia College
@Studentmommy83 Have you tried applying to Troy Montgomery its a 5 semester ASN. I have not heard good things about Virginia College. Right now a graduate from there cannot transfer their credits over if they want to get a BSN. You can be an RN but you can't get your BSN without taking those classes somewhere else over again. Virginia College is a for-profit school so make sure what their telling you is the truth. They are shady from what I've heard.

What states/cities need nurses?
Hello everyone, I start nursing school in January. But I was wondering what states or cities have good job prospects for a new grad? Where can you go and actually get hired fairly easily without having to put in hundreds of applications?

Needs RN job in Prattville/Montgomery area
I'm just a nursing student right now, but I worked at Baptist South for a while. I wouldn't limit myself to just Prattville-Baptist or Jackson Hospital. Try applying to all the hospitals in the area. I wouldn't be picky about specialty areas either like ICU or med-surg. I say get your foot in the door first then after time you can move to area you want to be.
