  1. Along the way I did the case studies on Evolve and with all subjects covered in class I made binders and put the notes from class and attached NCLEX PN & RN pages from a study book. I found separting out the book and having it all together made studying for each test easier and better results throughout nursing school. As far as the LPN HESI Exit exam, I took it last semester and got 1146. It's hard but if you study from an NCLEX style book, class notes, and back to delegating tasks, ABCs, etc. it will make it easier. I think the more practice tests you take the better prepared you will be. It gets you in the critical thinking mode. Good luck!
