    I could not imagine working with 7 patients, what do you do when they all complain of chest Pain ??? the hospital I work in has a 4:1 ratio, days and nights, and 1 to 2 Nursing assistants, but that changes depending on the number of patients, if there are only 10 patients, then there is only one NA. Our floor is completely chaotic at most times. And with this chaos, comes short tempers, so I'm sure, if the ratio went from 4 to 7, WOW, everyone would be biting each others' heads off :)
