Just to give you some peace of mind, I am in the Brookhaven nursing program and got a B in A&P. You just need to make sure you do well on the HESI. Hope this helps! Good luck!

They sell the HESI prep book at the bookstore at El Centro. It helped me.

Thanks. Yes I live in Dallas. The letter doesn't state what the point cutoff was. I emailed the school to see what the point cutoff was. I am going to retake the HESI and reapply. Good Luck to all of you.

Last I heard 100 spots were available. 50 at El Centro and 50 at Northlake

I called North lake, and they said letters were mailed out but they could not tell me the point cutoff.

IF it is the same class I took it is, Vital signs, wounds, caths. It is really not bad at all. You will do fine!

Yes I have taken both. I have all support courses done for EL Centro. I swear these next few days are going to be stressful. I will be stalking the postman.

yes, it's my first time to apply to el centro. I had no idea Dallas Nursing Institute had a RN program. I checked awhile back and they only had LVN classes. How much does it cost? I know that the LVN is about $20,000 plus.

As far as I know, all letters are being sent out on the 15th.

I applied to Brookhaven with 31.68 and was not accepted. EL centro was a back up plan and now I am really freaking out. Do you know how many people applied?
