  1. Hey...I'm also applying to CSUS. How many points do you guys have & how are your TEAS scores? Oaktown - I'm not sure that they'll accept having 2 science prereqs in progress. You should call and find out before you go thru the trouble of paying the fee and doing all the app stuff.
  2. I'm so doubtful but I guess we'll see! I HATE math so that killed me, but I love science & scored a 91 on that section. Keep me posted and let me know what happens or if you hear anything!
  3. Congrats on your TEAS score. I think you'll get in! I very doubtful about my admission though. I have a 3.8 gpa, 3 extra points for volunteering, but scored a 81 on the TEAS. I really need to improve my score. How were your study habits because I thought I studied hard, but I guess not well enoguh!
  4. SAC as in Sacramento?
  5. Hello! I was wondering if anyone is/has applied to CSUS for Fall '11. If so, what are your points looking like? How did you do on the TEAS exam (pretty tough huh?) I want to compare info!!!
  6. I've heard that both the ATI and McGraw books worked for people. I would suggest to probably study both.
  7. CC's aren't that competitive in CA. For a majority of them, as long as you meet GPA requirements and TEAS score your name gets put into the lottery. Maybe you should move :) But what JoMark has suggested sounds good too.
  8. I think your best bet is to try and get into an ADN program through a CC. CC's usually aren't that strict...I know CA isn't when it comes to grades as long as you meet min. req GPA and most are lottery based for entrance. Then from there you can try a RN-BSN bridge.
  9. Hey everyone...I'm just wondering what your TEAS scores and pre-req GPAs were for those that got accepted or chosen as alternates. Also, I thought if you were an alternate, it put you into the next semester of the program. Maybe I'm wrong...
