   Hello Natalie, Yeah, pre reqs take some time. Some vocational schools don't have any pre reqs but it's cheaper to take a&p, lifespan, psyc, nutrition, ect. elsewhere.. what other schools have you looked into?

   Kaplan is closest to my home but all the bad reviews have made me mark it off the list lol Everyone I know that went to western says they regret it. I was told that the LVN program at SJVC isn't offered in Sac..? I've heard the most success stories ...

   They do have an LVN program that's accredited. My mom went there and some of her friends. There's a list of all the accredited vocational nursing programs in CA on this site: http://www.bvnpt.ca.gov
