Just kidding I did receive the e-mail n attachments today, turns out it went to my spam.

I have yet to receive the welcome email but I did speak with Christian from HR and was told that he's working on all our paperwork and that we should hear from him sometime tomorrow in the late afternoon to schedule a day to fill out paperwork, badges and physical n tb testing for the week before the start of the program.

No I haven't heard from HR either. Think I'm gonna be calling tomorrow and see what the deal is

I was told I should be hearing from HR on Monday to schedule a time to do all that stuff and also that we will be receiving an email with details for our first day like where to meet etc.

Thanks! I'm very excited n glad to hear other ppl really like working on that unit. I'll be relocating from Los Angeles County, san fernando valley to be exact.

So I just accepted the position in the new grad program for intermediate care! I will be staying with family close by til I figure out a living situation. If anyone else is looking for a roommate let me know.

So I just interviewed for the Intermediate ICU yesterday and met with HR, 2 unit managers, and nurse educator. I believe the interview went well, just crossing my fingers I get the job. Has anyone else interviewed for the same unit? I was told by people services that they should know by Friday who got the positions. The nurse educator told me that they'd only be hiring 3 ppl for this unit and said I should hear back from residency coordinator within a week if hired. I hate playing the waiting game

hey everyone, this is my first time posting on this thread but thought i'd share with you that i got a call last friday to interview july 13th. i was told that i'd be interviewing with 3 different ppl, 30 min with each. i can only assume it's with one person (unit manager/educator) from each unit i applied to. i had applied to picu, acute care, and intermediate icu. good luck to everyone! if anyone has any suggestions on the type of interview questions they'll be asking i'd greatly appreciate it :)

well now that you mention it, i thought she had originally said 6 to 9 spots. but she spoke so fast throughout the convo and she again said what sounded to be 69 spots and 200 applicants.

well for those who applied you know they only had a certain amount of hard copy applications and no online applications for the program. she did not say exactly when they'd be contacting people for testing except that they've been busy reorganizing. so my guess is between now and mid december they should be contacting people...at least i hope.

so i got a call back from the nurse recruiter and she told me that there are 69 spots available out of 200 applicants (including internal candidates). she said that the unit managers are going to pick those they'd like to interview. then she will give those chosen a call to take 2 different "tests" before getting an actual interview which said probably take place in january.

hope to hear from them soon. i never received an email confirming that they received all my documents. good luck to everyone!

i haven't heard anything either. i called the nurse recruiter today and left a message asking when would we be notified as to whether or not we were selected for the interview process. no call back from her yet.

ok so earlier today i checked my status and as of 10/28 everything was completed and received. now that i check my status date is 11/15 saying they are awaiting assessment completion. i called the recruitment office and they told my that i can be reassured that they have my completed application. i asked if they were still contacting people for interviews and was told that i should hear something soon. all this is throwing me off. i was having trouble uploading my docs and didn't receive the assessment link 3 days after i had applied. anyone else having/had problems?
