Hi PHProvy, I have the older edition which is the same one my friend used in this class. She said it worked just fine. I can let you borrow it for this semester. I will have to take this class in our fourth semester. Let me know if you want it.

Hi Sweetpea1301, Did you hear Brookhaven is accepting 20 more students for Fall 2010. Two of my friends got a call from the Nursing division. They had 32.4 and 31.9 points. This time we will have 60 students in our group. I actually felt good about it because my friends worked really hard but still weren't accepted at first. Well I hope that you are also in the program with us. I wish you good luck. Bye

Hi PHProvy... I wanted to get into the End of life Issues class this summer. I was infront of the computer at 8 in the morning, but for some reason my screen didn't give me the option to register. I kept refreshing the page but it didn't work. Finally after five minutes I tried to open another tab and by that time the class was full. I always had bad luck with this class. Last fall I had to drop from the class because the teacher changed the days of the class. It was conflicting with my other classes so I had to take my name off. I talked to Ann about what happened and she said that now I can take this class in our last semester (next fall). I really wanted to get done with this before the nursing school, but I don't have any option either. I hope some one will drop the class and I can get in. Please if any of you guys see the spot available or know someone who wants to drop the class, let me know. Thanks

Hi Niki, I am also dying to meet everyone. I was done with every step before I even applied (Physical & CPR etc). I wanted to apply at Northlake also and they require everything before applying. Well.. I got my letter from them yesterday and I have been accepted at Northlake as well (How lucky). I will have to tell them no because I would love to stay with Brookhaven.I called the nursing division yesterday and Ann told me that she will email us by the end of this week. I also want to tell you something. I know it is already too late but may be someone else can take an advantage from it. I never had to pay more than &20.00 for my vaccination. You can go to county health department and can get every kind of shot for &20. See you soon. Bye

Hi PHProvy.... Don't worry you are not the only one. I actually went down there & they told me that they haven't emailed anyone yet. We will all be getting group emails from now on. I just talked to my classmate. She applied with 32.4, but didn't get in. The cutoff has to be between 32.4 & 32.8.

I actually know three people who didn't get in. Their scores were 31.3, 31.8, and 32.3.

Hi there... I know someone who had 32.3 and didn't get in the program. I had 32.8 and I barely made it. So the cuttoff should be between these scores. Don't worry.... there is always a next time.

Hi Ed! This is Shabana. I just joined this website. It looks pretty confusing to me, but I will try to get myself familiarize with it. This is the pefect way to get to know everyone. Most of the girls know Debbie. I think you were all together in End of Life issue class. Hopefully I will make new friends too.
