I am a sophomore nursing student at Georgetown U, and I have heard from classmates that our internship program is very hands on and that you will get a lot of experience on your unit, but that the only downside is that you work on the same unit the whole summer and so you don't really get a chance to experience what other units are like, (although you will learn a lot about the unit that you are assigned to). At least that is how it has been in previous years; I would call and find out if the program still runs that way. Unfortunately I don't know anything at all about Glendale Adventist, but I hope that helps some! Good luck!
