  3. In my line of work, we sometimes have clients for years and we know them and their family inside out. So....sometimes...the initial of certain clients represented a certain type of personality, such as irresponsible, not compliant, or courteous, well-mannered, so on so forth. So....our "mashup" is "XX", as the client's initial.
  4. 1. Client is always right. 2. Doctor is always right. 3. I am usually right. 4. My boss is always right. 5. When all above fail, I am still right!
  5. Yes! The EHR let me log in and finish the charting without lagging!
  6. the client having sex with their significant other and they wonder if I can get them some "supplies."
