Sorry, forgot to name the school..TCU april 15th is the target date for the traditional BSN program.

I was advised the acceptance notification for the Fall '11 should be sent by April 15th.

I have spoken to the advisor and was told that you will be have to be available at any time for clinical rotations.

Has anyone taken the math classes? If so, can you give any feedback.

No, there was not. The school never sent any notification by email, mail or by phone to notify. You were lucky if you were able to speak to anyone and still were not given any clear answers. I understand the next class start will be Jan/2011, they want to evaluate the pass rate of the previous classes already enrolled.

Thanks, for this information. I went to the website and the information looks promising. I am willing to travel to ensure that my degree with be worth something when I am done. I too was looking at DNI went through the whole process, but later decided to hold off on attending. The school is unorganized it could be related to the new owners of the school.

They did not allow calculators when I took it in Dec not sure if that has changed. You have to take anp, vocabulary, reading, math and grammar.

kjohn, I see you are starting with the May class. I was scheduled to start with the May class, but I have to put it off until the next class in Sept. Be sure to come back and give updates...

You might want to check the other post under DNI. You don't have to be a LVN they do admit generic students. As long as you have the pre-reqs done you can apply but they only admit a limited number of generic students each term.

Sugarwugga, I was scheduled to start the May class, but have put it off until the Sept class. I have a few questions. I want to get a better idea of what to expect. How have your clinicals experiences been so far? Do they have a variety of rotation sites and what is your weekly schedule like. I see they have added quite a few non nursing classes that can be taken online, which should shorten your school day. Any insight will be appreciated. Keep up the hard work!!!
