TCU vs. TWU can anyone tell me differences and similarities? PLEASE?
JimmyMallo, I'm sure by now that you've had some advice from those who have sent you a PM. This is what I have to offer: I presently attend TCU, and have several friends who attend TWU, and constantly compare "notes" with each other (note literal academic notes, but notes about each of our programs). You basically can't go wrong either way you go. I LOVE TCU, and those who attend TWU love their academic rearing as well. The decision-making for you is going to be determined by factors such as specific clinical sites, and what's the best for you and your life. Financially, I know that when we started, tuition was fairly close, with TCU being slightly more expensive. I do not know if this is still true. Academically, we (TCU/TWU) have paralleled each other with the knowledge gained. The faculty here at TCU is wonderful, personable, and supportive! I hope this helps. If you have any more questions, or want a more specific answer, you are welcome to PM me or put it on the post. Good luck in your journey!!!

Apts. near TCU
I used to live at Stonegate Villas. When I signed the lease last summer, they had a great special going for students. It is about 5-10 minutes away from school, depending on the traffic. A couple of other classmates (TCU) live there right now as well and like it. The apartments are nice, and quiet for the most part. The complex is on 2501 Oak Hill Circle. I apologize that I do not have the number to offer, I am out of town at the moment. Good luck, and congrats!

here are some non-rumors
Matt, I just wanted to say 'Thank you'! I am a TCU RRNA that met you the weekend of the convention in Dallas. I am very impressed with your post, and have a great amount of respect and appreciation for your response. I don't know her, but your mom seems like a pretty classy lady! We are all going to do just fine!

Keep your head up.........they are still interviewing right now! The letter meant that you weren't "CUT", which is a GREAT thing! You're just now in the pool, with others, until the interviewing is done, and they make their final decisions. So, don't give up! And it's true, some people have received denial letters, which wasn't you!!!!!!!
