UF looks at upper division gpa and not culmalative. my upper was a 3.93 and i had an average GRE score was waitlisted but got in. I dont think that they care what your previous degree was in just your GPA. I think the other schools in FL look at prereq GPA over culmalative. I had all A's and B+'s for prereqs and was waitlisted pretty much everywhere and i had good test scores for the nursing exams.

hey i also just got into the regular program but im happy i get to go some where! also i had to verify all my financial aid info by sending in w2s etc for 2008 for this summer. which was a pain in the butt. so just incase you might want to get them ready to send in. Im pretty sure i read somewhere that the first time you apply for aid at UNF you have to send in verification. I didnt have to verify any info for fall or spring.

Im interested although i would prefer something fully furnished so i do not have to worry about moving/finding furniture. Ill be in the regular program and im graduating from UF this semester. Im 22 and dont plan on doing much besides studying sleeping and working out hopefully!

gatorkf, I am also looking for a roomate as well. I tried to figure out how to PM you but idk if you can do that on here?.. anyways I also plan on going home most weekends. maybe we could work something out? im graduating this semester. I dont know how much ill be able to afford yet because im going to have to use financial aid and i havent heard back about it.

gatorkf yes I am in gainesville ill be graduating in may from UF but im also from gainesville. im assuming youre at UF too? do you happen to be an HEB major?

thanks for the tips. do you know if there is any specific website for jax housing? or any places that are fully furnished/individual leases. or does anyone need a room mate?

I also got my letter today and I got into the regular track. Im also from gainesville, so if anyone knows of any good apartments close to campus or any good information in general I would really appreciate it!
