  1. Yeah, I went to Regis! The 2 people that I know that got interviews did do their senior practicum there. I did my practicum elsewhere, although I did my pediatric rotation there. I know from a meeting I went to during that rotation that the application process is so extremely competitive, and they have very limited slots, so I am keeping things in perspective. Even if I have to get a little experience elsewhere , I am sure I will reapply in the future :) Where did you go to school? Are you in Denver? I am finding that it's extremely hard to find hospitals that want new grads here
  2. Thanks, Christina :) I like your optimism. I know, I think the weekend thing would be a little weird. Although I must say that I know 2 people from my nursing cohort that got interview offers already. They may not be done contacting people yet though!! Until we get some sort of email I will keep optimistic :)
  3. I am not sure if this is true or not, but someone told me that they made some calls over the weekend for interviews ... Again, just through the grapevine. I am sure we will know for sure in the next few days....
  4. Another alternate here! :uhoh21:Wish they could tell us more about how they select us, if we are numbered, etc. I hate waiting
  5. Hi IphyGirl! (I also go my degree in IPHY :)) I am also a Regis alternate. I'm heartbroken. You are the 3rd person I've talked to who is an alternate, so I am wondering how many alternates they have! I would also love to know who else is an alternate or past experiences. I do not know what I am going to do now...Metro's application deadline is coming up soon, but I really had my heart set on Regis.
  6. Got my letter today, also a thin one Total bummer. I don't really have a plan B except to apply to Metro in September, I guess. It's so hard to know what others had that you didn't. They also mentioned the roll-over option in mine, which I will do. Congrats to everyone who was accepted! You have all been so wonderful and supportive on here!
  7. My mail comes early, so I already go today's and I STILL didn't get anything! I am starting panic and go insane from the waiting!
  8. I live in Littleton, and I still didn't get anything in the mail today either! Makes me nervous...I'm not holding my hopes too high, but I just want to know either way! More congrats to those who just go accepted!!
  9. And also CONGRATULATIONS to those who got acceptance letters today!! :redbeathe
  10. I live in Littleton and my letter also did not come today I wish they could do email notifications so everyone would get theirs at the same time and not have to endure this cruel waiting!
  11. Hey all! Someone from admissions just called me and said they had a couple last minute questions on my application. She said they are still finishing up sending out the final review emails, so I wouldn't worry too much if you haven't gotten yours yet. She said they should all go out in the next few days and that decision letters will be mailed at the end of March! Only a couple more weeks of waiting!
  12. Congratulations! Very exciting! I didn't think they would send decisions out so early. Has anyone else heard back? I haven't, which makes me nervous!
