  1. Nursing GPA is somewhat irrelevant considering SRNAs are not taught nursing they are taught science. Science GPA is much more important. I believe most schools consider students around a gpa of 3.0. A low GPA can be overshadowed by great experience, gre, references etc. My undergrad GPA was 2.96 and I was accepted into both schools I applied to. Hope that inspires some confidence...good luck
  2. I would definitely not lose hope. They told me they may only take a few of the first group of interviews right away and they will continue to evaluate the current interviews vs the former. They did say that if you were not accepted you would receive a letter. So consider yourself still in the running.
  3. Got accepted at Case and St. E's GPA-2.96 GRE-1050 1.5yr in Cleveland Clinic CICU ACLS, PALS, CCRN Great experience will overshadow GPA anyday as long as its not horribly low
  4. I interviewed Feb 17 and found out Tues March 2nd. I have not received my acceptance packet yet tho. During the interview they had told me to call them regarding my admission before i paid retainer fees at any other school. So once i learned i was accepted to Case I went ahead and called which they then told me i had been accepted. She said that acceptance packets had been mailed this past Monday, but my mail get forwarded from an old address so it takes awhile longer. So I ended up choosing St. E's over Case and will start in August. Good luck to you guys and hopefully will be meeting you in August.
