  1. I graduated from the accelerated program in August. I agree with hkk - it is a very difficult program but it is well worth it in the end. My class started with 60 and we had about 10 to 15 not make it to graduation due to dropping out/failing out. Most of the reasons that people did not make it is due to either trying to keep a full time job while attending school or they just could not make the grades. Getting a 75% seems like cake but when you're taking 16 credit hours, doing 2 full days of clinicals and having a major test every other week it gets a bit overwhelming. But it is definitely do-able. Good luck to you all!
  2. Thanks so much for these links and words of encouragement! I take my exam on Friday and the anxiety is ridiculous - I just need to remember to breath :)
  3. I just went to a walk up urgent care place to get my physical and TB test. The physical/test were only 30 bucks - I still need to get a flu shot/Tetorifice shot though. Make sure you don't put off the TB test for too long though, because they need you to return 48-72 hours after the test to make sure that it's negative.
  4. Thank goodness I came across this thread! I have been going crazy for the last few weeks waiting on a reply - if I only have to wait until Thursday I'll be thrilled! I also visited one of the counselors there a few weeks ago to confirm all my paperwork was in order. He told me that they received 201 applications for the accelerated program and then they had to go through them all and verify the information (probably why it takes so long). Anyways, good luck everyone!
