  1. The 20.50 does not sound terrible considering it would be your first job as an RN, IF the benefits are very good, and an increase would be in the near future. There are areas where RNs do not start out as high as others, wages vary widely across the country. If you really like where you work, and you see potential for advancement, you could begin your RN career there and reassess the situation after you have a year of experience. Really liking your job, the people, having a short commute, great benefits...these things are valuable and not always present with a higher paying job. Without more info, that's my input
