I think you really had to be put under sedation in order to have a thorough examination of your eye. This will rule out any anatomical problem with the way your eyes accomodate bright light. Sometimes it has something to do with the shape of the lens, or a faulty accomodation reflex. If some specialist say that you have a cataract it means a change of lens is indicated and could solve your problem. Anyway I hope the doctor will find out what is wrong with you, for I could emphatize with the way you feel.My advise is for you to never give up in looking for a specialist that could solve your problem or at least minimize it.

I also agree that your mom has to go to a cardiologist but it does not necessarily mean that his old doc had given him the wrong meds. treament of hypertension is highly customised that sometimes it takes a while to find the best medicine for the patient. Your mom flactuating BP is the hardest to treat and the most challenging even for a specialist, further work up is necessary to rule out any other condition that could give rise to her condition but usually a big percentage of hypertension has no known cause that's why it is seems easy to treat but hard to manage.nyek!!!

Hi, Can you pls. give me some advice. I am a doctor by profession and a BSN degree as well. I applied to sit on California Board of Nursing NCLEX exams in which I was able to pass last January 2004 but license still pending submission of SSN. I also passed the TOEFL and scheduled to take the TSE on March. I bypass the local board and CGFNS since I thought I just give it a try. Do you think I still have to take the Philippine board? I graduated last 1988 and my school is already close as well. Do you think somebody will hire me even if I don't have any nursing experience.I am holding a US B1 B2 tourist visa and planning to fly in May to try to explore the possibilities of working there as a nurse.I would also need your feedback on how much salary do I expect to receive in case I decided to work there. Although my main objective in migrating is because I'm already fed up with our system of goverment as well as bringing my kid in order for them to have a brighter future.
