   Kaplan does a good job on explaining how the NCLEX is tested... Go to their website. I think it will make you feel better.

   Same thing happened to me. I took it on the 28th, and exactly 48 hours later... NOTHING. I had a friend who got theirs the next day so I was sweating. I finally went to the Pearson Quick Results website, paid the 8 bucks, and found I passed... :) yay...
