  1. How long have you been in the program now? I'm sorry you haven't been feeling at home. I've found Seattle is kind of a hard place to meet new friends. Maybe you could join a club, or volunteer to meet more people? Also I'm just curious what you meant when you said the transfer program has a lot of older students. Is there two separate programs for the BSN at SU? One for transfers and one for people who are already SU students? Also it's funny that you should mention this, because I've worried about transfering into a university program and being older and out of place!
  2. I applied for two university programs as a transfer student. I didn't have to pay a fee for either school. One waived it since I was a transfer student coming in with a certain amount of credits, and the other didn't have a fee for doing the application online. I did have one fee however for the school of nursing, which required $15.00 for a background check. Also, as Brighten mentioned earlier a lot of colleges will waive application fees depending on income, so that might be something worth checking out.
