  1. ^ i was kinda thinking the same thing ^ Such as: let's say i am accepted and start next fall at the same school. All of those teachers i had previously already know my story, and i'm trying it all over again.. I feel i would be starting off at a disadvantage. Sucks most for me since every other nursing school is 5-6x the amount.
  2. thanks for the replies everyone. I am going to set up a meeting to see what needs to be done to get back in the program. Will try to update this once i find out.
  3. I still have my job, but i am able to cut it down to part time hours. Heck, i could actually get by without a job, since i have grants/loans paying for all my schooling right now. It's just a department store job. I'm not married, nor do i have any kids. I'm just 26, living with some roommates. I had to drop out due to my low test scores. I wouldn't have been able to get them back up in time to pass the courses.
  4. So, I started Columbus States nursing program earlier this fall, and was totally not prepared for the workload. I was working full-time at a job, and my grades slipped too much to continue. Anyways, now i'm just sitting here, not attending any school. I have all of my prereq's done, so i have dunno what to do. Do i just reapply for the program for Fall 2011, and pray i get in again? I see other nursing programs are nearby, such as Mount Carmel and Chamberlin.. They are very expensive, but should i go that route instead? Capital is at capacity right now.
  5. yeah, i start autumn 10' too. Should be fun.
  6. has anyone heard back yet? i am still patiently waiting...
  7. Yeah, i meant January 6th at 9am. Not sure why i said the 5th.. I was hitting refresh about every 5 seconds, and once the application came up, i was in. I guess i'll just keep waiting then. Thanks everyone
  8. Hello everyone. Just applied for the nursing program at Columbus State C.C. Signed up right at midnight on January 5th. Just wondering when I will be able to know when I will start the program. They said they will mail us when they know, but it's been bugging me when i will actually start. Thanks..
