I am currently thinking about relocating to texas and i was trying to get an ideal how the following hospitals are: Odessa Regional Medical Center in Odessa, Tx, Southwest General Hospital in San Antonio, Tx and Medical Center of Southeast Texas, Port Arthur, Tx. I was also trying to find out what is the starting wage for a new grad RN with 6 years of LPN experience.

I go to a school in ohio that is partner with IASIS. The company is going to reimburse us for the cost of our education and pay to relocate us to one of there hospitals. I was very interested in Mountain Visita Medical Center in Mesa.

What is the starting pay for a new grad RN with some LPN experince ( about 6 years). How is the company benefits? What is the company shift differential? Is there a high turn over rate of RN's in the hospital? How is the community in Mesa, Arizona. Or, has anybody participated in this partnership?
