its so frustrating as for my 1st attempt i failed by 3 points and the 2nd attempt i failed by 2 points!

The ward has your information, if they want you , they will contact you, its possible that they have lots of other people to consider and its taking a while which it often does. I would not set my heart on one place tho if i were you , best to have plan B and C.

Im pretty sure that one of the other Dr's who knew him were involved too and im not sure that this is classed as nasty? depends on the whole ward moral and the sense of humor of all the staff. The Dr had a great laugh about it when he found out! The Dr's and nurse's had a great relationship. A Dr would never be seen playing such a trick on a nurse, because they do take the job very seriously as they should, the nurses just have a fun way of welcoming them to the ward. Also the nurses would not be stupid enough to do something to someone who would not find it funny!

While working as a student on a ward the other nurses would always play some kind of trick on any new Dr starting on the ward. One great trick i witnessed was for a nurse to get a banana roll it in coco powder and put it in a new clean disposible bed pan then go up to the Dr and ask him what he thinks about this strange BM while he is looking the nurse dips her finger into the banana and then puts it in her mouth saying "yep definatley something wrong" , the poor Dr that i saw ran into the nearest toilet to vomit!

I have taken the exam twice and failed it twice , i have taken the online readiness test a number of times and yes they are different every time, must be 500 questions that rotate or something. I also feel that this does not reflect on my ability to nurse, i am a very competent nurse, but i trained in the UK and we are not used to multiple choice. BTW do you get a fourth attempt?
