You certainly picked a bad place to post an issue of brotherhood. Health care in general and nursing in particular will never attain the camaraderie & brotherhood you elude too. There is no one with benevolent intentions watching your back but you.

Often in report I hear the night shift telling days that patient or room so n so was bathed on thier shift. Ever overhear any day shift ever tell nights who was bathed?

My experience is to be fired (or placed on the do not use list) if any error or doubt is ever presented. Isn't that common pratice in the profession or is Tampa a unique place?
