  1. Thanks Gromit. You can imagine my surprise (i have been lurking in this thread but not posting until now) on Sunday morning as I opened up the paper over my bowl of lucky charms..
  2. This article was just in the paper on Sunday. Very timely and very related to this discussion.... http://www.sltrib.com/2004/jun/06272004/business/179035.asp
  3. i can't agree more....i just started my general chem class, we have only covered 2 chapters and i am completly lost.....its my last pre req and i am going to be pissed if i cant get it done. i guess i have no one to blame but myself....i will be spending my memorial day weekend studying.....i can not/ will not fail.
  4. Thank you everyone for the good advice. And thanks for the good luck wishes......I need them Seriously though, I am going to get the ADN and then if I need too or want too in the future will just go for a BSN at night or online...after all....most of the hard classes will have already been done. Thanks again everyone.....
  5. Any insight would help. I currently already have a BA in Psych and I am working on getting my ADN. I have heard some people say that there are certain RN jobs that require a BSN in Nursing(Ex Managment, ICU etc). Does anyone know if already having the BA in another subject and having the ADN would cut it or if an employer would consider this as an equivelent? thanks...
  6. You know Liz...I can only chalk it up to the stupidity of Criminals....Our Proff said that it has happened to several of the other proffessors here as well...Our new test had the Academic honesty policy attached to it and we all had to sign off on it....the amount of trouble this knucklehead caused....I swear he or she would be lynched by our class if they stepped forward..Very strange situation- I too have never seen anything like that before....
  7. Yeah...It happened last Thursday....Now for every future test we have to come in, show our Student ID at which point we will be given the test. It was a really weird experience. All and All our teacher was really cool about it, (other then making the new test harder).....I hope the cheating jerk fails miserably......
  8. Drama at my school too....In the 5:00 Anatomy Lecture Class someone sat in on test day and tried to take off with the test. The teacher saw him and tried to catch him but he got away. Anyhow, my class - the 7:00 PM Lecture ended up having our test cancelled because the Prof suspected that someone in the 7:00 class was in cohoots with the person who swiped the test from the 5:00 Class. We were all pretty pissed because we had to take the test another day and the new revised test was obviously harder then the one we were supposed to take. Needless to say - High Drama ensued...... On a personal note I just don't understand why anyone would risk cheating like that. I mean honestly, we are all going into a career where trust is one of the main tenants of our Job.....to cheat getting there really makes those of us who work our butts off pissed!!! Who wants a caretaker who cheats!!!!!! ARRRRRRGGGGGHHH.......Lightsaber ignites.......
