I have my final tomorrow in my math class for my pre req before I can get into the LPN program. I need help with this conversion. Here is the problem. The prescription calls for the patient to take 50mg PO t.i.d. The medicine is supplied in 25mg tablets. Now, the problem I have is converting the 50mg and the 25mg. This problem is to be writtenin English form, which I know how to do. Can someone, please help!
